Cube Test Report
In Singapore, a compressive strength test on concrete follows international standards and local regulations to ensure the quality and structural integrity of buildings and infrastructure. Samples of concrete are carefully cured under controlled conditions for a specific period (usually 7 & 28 days) to simulate the hardening process. After curing, the samples are tested using a compression testing machine that applies a controlled compressive load until the sample fails. The maximum load just before failure is recorded, and the compressive strength is calculated by dividing the maximum load by the cross-sectional area of the sample.
